On September 6th, 1996, Danny went on a family outing to Camden Yards to watch the Baltimore Orioles play the Detroit Tigers. After a two-hour rain delay, and sitting in the centerfield bleachers, Danny was fortunate enough to catch Eddie Murray’s 500th home run ball. Several days later, the owner of The Psychic Friends Network and avid Orioles fan, approached Danny with an offer to purchase the baseball. It was a generous offer that Danny could not refuse. The sale of Eddie Murray’s 500th home run ball provided the funds used to open Jones Networking’s first office in downtown Baltimore nine months later. Danny earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Towson University. In addition to being an Orioles fan, he is also a Ravens and Maryland Terrapins fan. He lives in Baltimore County with his wife and three children.
Marjory Jones - Founder and Partner, Baltimore, MD
Prior to founding Jones Networking, Marjory Jones excelled in the recruiting industry for nearly 25 years, building and maintaining relationships with local client companies in the Baltimore, MD area.
She took the leap to start her own firm when the opportunity presented itself in the form of Eddie
Murray’s home run ball, caught by her son, Daniel Jones. Marjory earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Southern Illinois University. She loves to travel throughout the United States and abroad with her family and friends.
Scott Jones - Director of Technical Staffing, Baltimore, MD
Scott joined Jones Networking as the Director of Technical Staffing in 2005. He has held Associate and Management roles with several large firms, including PwC and Booz Allen Hamilton. Scott is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, as well as a Certified NetWare Administrator. He holds a Public Trust Clearance and a Sensitive Clearance. Scott earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Baltimore. He enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids and mini Goldendoodle “Shlomo”.
Lisa Witmer - Regional Director, Alexandria, VA (Serving the Washington, DC Metro area)
Lisa began her career with Jones Networking in 1999, as a Recruiter, in the Baltimore headquarters. She was quickly promoted into Account Management. In 2002, Lisa opened and established Jones Networking’s second office to service the Washington, DC Metro area. In addition to spearheading business development and serving as a client Account Manager, she also recruits, manages and develops the Washington, DC area team. Lisa earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University at Albany. She is originally from Upstate NY and currently resides in Arlington, VA with her husband and rescue cats. She’s passionate about fitness and animal welfare.
Cathy Bazuine - Director of Business Development, Baltimore, MD
Cathy has been managing Jones Networking’s Business Development in the Baltimore Headquarters since 2004. She spent many years in the legal industry as a Legal Assistant and Office Manager prior to joining Jones Networking. Cathy also oversees the payroll department, ensuring that our hundreds of temporary employees in multiple states are paid each Friday. When she is not at the office, she enjoys working out and spending time with her family; including her new baby granddaughter.
Rachael started working with Jones Networking’s DC office in 2008 as an Account Manager. Originally from New England, she graduated from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. Rachael keeps flying further South; in 2016, she opened Jones Networking’s third office in Charlotte, North Carolina. In addition to leading business development and serving as a client Account Manager, she also recruits, manages and develops the North Carolina team. She lives in Huntersville, NC and loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, usually boating on Lake Norman.
Mindy works as an Account Manager / Recruiter in our Charlotte office. As a New England native, Mindy graduated from the University of Maine then received her Paralegal Certificate from Boston University. She moved to the Queen City in 2009 and worked in Account Management with Bank of America. Mindy is also a talented lifestyle and wedding Photographer in her hometown of Fort Mill, SC. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time on Lake Wylie with her husband and two daughters.
Joshua Witmer - Sr. Director of Client Services, Washington, DC
Joshua serves as the Sr. Director of Client Services in our Washington, DC location. He joins Jones Networking after a long career as the Director of Sales & Marketing for a medical device company in Northern Virginia. Joshua is well versed in business needs analysis and serving as a partner to Stakeholders, Human Resources Representatives and Hiring Managers to ensure exceptional client service. He has partnered with Jones Networking to provide client focused recruiting, marketing & sales support to companies throughout Washington, DC and Northern Virginia. Joshua is passionate about consulting with businesses to bring value to their teams. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Lycoming College. Joshua is a huge Washington Nationals fan and frequents the baseball games regularly.
