Position Title: Accounting Assistant / Data Entry
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
– Responsible for shipping and purchase order processing.
– Assist with general accounting functions.
– Answer incoming telephone calls.
– Prepare shipment bills of lading.
– Negotiate truck prices.
– Coordinate truck routes.
– Coordinate truck arrival times.
– At least 3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and data entry experience.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
– Strong mathematics aptitude.
