Position Title: Accounting Assistant / QuickBooks
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Industry: Law Firm
Reports To: Firm Administrator
Work Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM

Position Summary:
– Responsible for accurate and timely data entry of A/R information into QuickBooks
– Generate reports from QuickBooks to establish vendor capabilities
– Process checks for trust accounts and log information into QuickBooks

Qualifications Summary:
– Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks required
– Previous experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a law firm
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
– Excellent attention to detail
– Strong organization and communication skill
– Ability to multi-task
– 
Previous experience with Needles legal service software program, a plus
– Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is helpful, but not required
