Position Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Baltimore, Maryland (East Baltimore County)
Industry: Commercial

Position Description:
-Assist Human Resources Department with payroll process.
-Review paper time sheets for blunders.
-Complete payroll.
-Job costing: produce basic proposals.

Qualifications Summary:
-Prefer at least two years of office experience.
-Committed to producing timely and quality work.
-Interest in learning how to read architectural plans.
-Eager to be a part of different project and open to learn new things.
-High school diploma or G.E.D.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word
-Familiar with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
-Knowledge of Spanish a plus.
-Must be willing to agree to periodic drug test.
