Position Title: Attorney Recruiting Coordinator
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Location: Washington, DC

Status:  Full Time, Direct Hire

Position Summary:

  • Coordinate all aspects of talent acquisition including attorneys
  • Develop and implement recruiting programs for summer associates both on and off campus
  • Schedule interviews, follow up as needed, and coordinate with hiring committee
  • Conduct prospect outreach, coordination of work assignments, and training
  • Schedule and coordinate training for summer associates
  • Coordinate with HR / Talent Acquisition team members to bring on premier talent
  • Coordinate and assist with attorney training programs
  • Assist attorneys as necessary with performance approvals, reports and meetings
  • Coordinate orientation, communication and integration of all new hires
  • Develop and present recommendations for improvement based on data


Qualifications Summary:

  • Minimum 1 year experience recruiting for a law firm or in a professional services environment
  • Experience recruiting on a college campus is an asset
  • Highly organized with the ability to schedule and coordinate multiple events simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience coordinating all aspects of training programs and associated events
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with Partners
  • Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

This position offers excellent benefits and very competitive salary, including transportation allowance, cell phone allowance, discretionary bonuses, and 20 days paid vacation/sick time plus holidays.  The hours for this position are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 37.50 hours weekly. The candidate will need to be available for overtime work as needed. Starting salary is commensurate with experience and education.
