Audit Supervisor Position Summary: 
-Oversee audit staff during audits and control consulting engagements.
-Oversee audit planning, field work, and audit reporting.
-Prepare reports, and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
-Review audit work papers prepared by the audit staff to ensure sound audit theory and compliance with the department’s methodology.
-Assess complex financial, operational, and compliance processes and assess risks.
-Apply key control concepts in a wide variety of business settings.
-Establish or tailor review programs and testing procedures to ensure they are appropriate for the processes being reviewed.
-Ensure that all work papers supporting the review are clear and concise.
-Present findings and recommendations to all levels of management.
-Assist in managing budgeted hours.

Audit Supervisor Qualifications Summary:
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
-Audit experience in public accounting or internal audit.
-CPA required.
-Demonstrated technical abilities in audit, accounting, regulatory, compliance, etc.
-Strong analytical, interpersonal, time management, research, and communications skills.
-Must be able to work effectively with new and changing situations including new industry regulations.
-Ability to present concisely and descriptively in both verbal and written format to all levels of management.
-Ability to analyze complex processes and to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the process and related controls.
