Business Immigration Attorney

Jones Networking is recruiting for a Business Immigration Attorney to work remotely to support the U.S. Immigration team. This position is responsible for reviewing petitions and applications before the deliverable is sent to the client. Position Summary for the Business Immigration Attorney:
– Review questionnaires and documents submitted and draft Immigrant and Non-Immigrant visa petitions/applications
– Perform thorough quality checks for immigrant and non-immigrant workstreams
– Determine visa types based on the documents provided
– Oversee the preparation of immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions/applications
– Discuss case strategies with the clients depending upon the immigration scenario and seek guidance
– Gain efficiencies by identifying opportunities and implementing best practices
– Coordinate with the offshore team and provide support during the non-offshore hours
– Conduct immigration training and coaching as per the requirements
Qualifications Summary for the Business Immigration Attorney:
– Possess 6-8 years of experience as an Business Immigration Attorney
– J.D. from accredited law school, Bar admission to any state preferred
– Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume firm
– Working knowledge of all U.S. visa types, processes and experience reviewing case facts
– Possess strong knowledge of U.S. Immigration
– Immigrant and Non-Immigrant Visas — (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, PERM, I-140 & AOS)
– Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meeting demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and adjusting to frequent workload fluctuations
– Expertise in prioritization and workflow management
– Demonstrate strong analytical skills
– Work independently to meet deadlines and internal and external client needs
– Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
