Jones Networking is recruiting for a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a growing Insurance Firm in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a book of commercial insurance business and have a Property and Casualty license. Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager Responsibilities: 
– Assist with the processing of renewals and incidental new business, cancellations, audits, and endorsement requests Issue certificates of insurance
– Assist with renewal meetings as required
– Assist with renewal proposals
– Check policy coverages, endorsements and audits for accuracy
– Assist with answering underwriters’ questions or requests
– Assist producer, accounting department and client in the reconciliation of client accounts
– Pursue a program for professional development consistent with your position
– Perform other specific duties as requested
– Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
– Project a positive attitude toward company and team goals
– Maintain excellent communication, attitude and rapport with internal and external clients
– Adhere to commercial lines procedures
– Apply problem solving techniques to various issues that may arise with carrier and clients
– Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client’s business – Demonstrate good judgment when handling complex issues

Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager:
– Minimum of 2 years of commercial lines client support/management experience
– Property & Casualty Insurance License
– Align with company values
– Willingness to work effectively within a team
– Demonstrates adaptability
– Strong communication skills
– Strong organization skills and computer skills; Level 2 Excel
– Complex client problem solving experience
– Familiar with Marketing Process
