Customer Success Manager
Jones Networking is recruiting a Customer Success Manager to join a Logistics and Supply Chain Company located in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of customer journey experience and/or inside sales as well as having managed a team. Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:
– A strong understanding and driver of team and customer behavior
– Develop and implement processes to drive efficient strategies for team success
– Key liaison with cross-functional teams to drive forward thinking efficiencies
– Manage and respond to metrics, dashboards, and analysis for trends
– Create and cure training tools and process improvements
Customer Success Manager Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree required
– 3+ years of customer journey experience and/or inside sales
– Progressive experience managing people and building a team
– Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms and the willingness to learn and grow with changing technology and processes.
– Independent thinker with the ability to drive and thrive as a part of customer focused company
– Excellent time management, attention to detail, leadership, and organizational skills
