Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Reston, Virginia Duration: Full time, Non-exempt
Manage the company’s websites.
Own the overall social media development and prioritization of social media for the company.
Lead strategic partnership with platforms, agencies, and partners delivering brand strategies and content that drive business results on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Develop customized strategies for each social media channel.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of the social media and posting calendar.
Perform research and analysis of online marketing presence and execute tactics to improve organic reach and increase the number of engaged consumers. (via website, paid search, SEO, social media, online display, email, etc.)
Use digital assets to plan, execute, and manage engagement campaigns; report and analyze statistics.
Measure response rates and generate trend analysis reports.
Create targeted email campaigns that drive engagement, revenue, and leads.
Remain current of emerging digital trends, strategies, and techniques.
Plan and implement successful social media campaigns, keeping up-to-date with audience preferences to proactively suggest new campaigns.
Seek opportunities to manage campaigns through all digital tactics such as Social, Organic Search, Email, Content, and UX/UI.
Audit websites for SEO, usability, and conversion opportunities.
Facilitate workshops with sales teams to identify digital opportunities related to business objectives.
Effectively collaborate and maintain strong relationships with other departments.
Partner with outside agencies to leverage creative and digital campaigns.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
Minimum five years relative digital marketing experience, including e-commerce.
Experience branding and marketing a product vs. a service.
Working knowledge of HootSuite, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office applications.
Demand generation marketing experience preferred.
Knowledge of major social media channels, including Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, and Google+.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
