Jones Networking is recruiting for a Director of Revenue to join a global manufacturing company in Sterling, VA. Director of Revenue Position Summary:
-Oversee all aspects of the company’s revenue. This includes developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize margins, overseeing efficiencies in production, and ensuring that the company meets its financial goals.
-Partner effectively with Global Revenue and the US Commercial Team to drive revenue goals within separate sales channels.
-Partner with the Finance Dept. for the accurate reporting of revenue and margins, tracking of variances vs. standards,
-Lead discussions with the Commercial Team, Finance, R&D, QA, Operations and Costing on new product launch and LTOs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
-Lead discussions with Procurement, Logistics and Operations on hedging strategies and tailoring pricing models.
-Oversee standards and pricing updates (monthly) for the different price groups.
-Monitor daily progress of revenue strategy within Key Accounts in coordination with the Sales Dept.
-Report on revenue trends and forecasts to the Management Team on a weekly basis.
-Work with the Commercial team on proactive strategies to avoid or minimize margin compression.
-Analyze contract terms to maximize company revenue; review new and revised Customer Agreements.
-Develop and continue to improve existing internal controls to support revenue management activities.
-Identify and resolve revenue related issues promptly.
-Approve all US revenue and pricing decisions before implementation.
-Serve as a core team member for strategic initiatives.
-Supervise and direct the Revenue Team.

Director of Revenue Qualifications Summary:
-Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance or Accounting Required. Advanced degree preferred.
-Minimum eight years of combined industry and costing / pricing analysis experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
-Strong financial analysis skills.
-Portfolio and client management experience preferred.
-People management and strong leadership skills required.
-In depth understanding and demonstrated experience in costing, pricing and return on investment calculations.
-NetSuite or Plexus software experience is a plus.
-Flexibility for occasional travel. (approximately 15%)
