Jones Networking is recruiting for a Diversity & Inclusion Client Relations Manager for a Law Firm in NW Washington, DC. This role is a key member of the Firm’s Client Relations Department focusing on Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and is responsible for working with lawyers to strengthen and expand key client relationships through Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives. This position will work closely with the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer and the D&I team to support the Firm’s marketing and D&I strategic action plan while executing systematic programs and initiatives to connect with clients on D&I issues. Diversity & Inclusion Client Relations Manager Summary:
-Plan and execute measurable projects, events, and campaigns to connect with clients on D&I topics and issues.
-Track emerging D&I topics and issues to inform potential client activities.
-Develop work plans and key milestones while managing the implementation of programs.
-Identify opportunities with individual clients and connect appropriate Firm lawyers to pursue these opportunities.
-Manage the delivery of D&I communications across Firm preferred internal and external communication channels.
-Conduct regular research, surveys, and interviews with attorneys, advisors and staff to inform content development.
-Analyze industry, client, and legal data to proactively identify client expectations and opportunities.
-Provide guidance and support for thought leadership, blogs, and social media.
-Strengthen and develop external relationships with diversity related organizations, thought leaders, and vendors.
-Analyze and track client engagement on D&I.
-Assist attorneys in preparation for client meetings.

Diversity & Inclusion Client Relations Manager Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
-Minimum five years of experience in professional services marketing and business development with a demonstrated background of accomplishment.
-Experience working within a law firm is a plus.
-Previous experience with D&I issues, trends, and best practices is highly desirable.
-Previous experience with a client feedback program is a plus.
-Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
-Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledge management tools are a plus.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
