Full Charge Bookkeeper Position Summary:
– Develops system to account for financial transaction
– Posting transactions
– Maintaining records of financial transactions
– Maintaining accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transactions
– Reconciling accounts
– Maintaining general ledger
– Prepares financial reports
– Recording and reconciling payroll
– And any other duties as assigned

Full Charge Bookkeeper Qualifications Summary:
– At least 3-5 years of experience
– Proficient with Quickbooks
– Proficient in MS Office Suites
– Be able to work independently and within a team environment
– Organized, excellent attention to detail and strong at multitasking
– Tech savvy
– Desire to grow within the organization

Approximately 45,000-55,000/annually, depending on experience
