Human Resources Manager

Jones Networking is recruiting a Human Resources Manager to join a Software Company in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of HR management experience within a company of 50+ employees. The Company offers excellent benefits, culture, hybrid working schedule and unlimited PTO.

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
– Provide front-line support to managers and employees for benefits, pay, programs and process inquires
– Process HR transactions in Paylocity and take ownership for accuracy of employee/HR data in the system
– Lead new employee on-boarding and off boarding
– Organize and maintain personnel records
– Assist in the annual review of insurance benefits and annual benefits open enrollment
– Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs including ensuring managers follow proper procedures for all disciplinary actions
– Problem resolution and coaching for employees at all levels of the organization
– Responsible for maintaining or creating HRIS ad-hoc reports
– Define and document HR policy, processes and intranet content
– Participate in HR projects
– Liaise with external partners, like Paylocity, benefits broker and other HR partners
– Maintain compliance with applicable employment law
– Plan, coordinate, and facilitate bi-monthly, company-wide leadership training’s
– Coordinate, and facilitate full-day management training every six months

Human Resources Manager Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business or an HR-related field
– Five to Seven years of Human Resources experience at the management level with a 50+ employee company
– Minimum of 2 years running multi-state payroll accurately and on time
– Familiarity with Paylocity is required
– Thorough knowledge of labor laws
– Proven experience working with all levels of staff and varying personalities in a team
– Strong experience working in full cycle HR across ten or more states
– Experience with Paylocity including HR & Payroll, Benefits and Onboarding modules
– Experience building relationships with the executive team, managers and employees to support the execution and implementation of HR strategies
– Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
