Intake Attorney (Remote)

Jones Networking is recruiting for an lntake Attorney in Charlotte, NC to evaluate potential claims and use legal judgment to determine if the case meets Firm criteria for representation. Responsibilities of the Intake Attorney:
– Review intake inquiries from potential clients to determine if the firm will accept the case.
– Serve as a point of contact for the resolution of client issues and complaints.

– Provide legal guidance to the firm’s paralegals and other staff as needed.

– Work with department supervisors to ensure that all clients or prospective clients receive world-class customer service.

Qualifications Summary of the Intake Attorney:
– Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school.

– Admission in good standing to NC State Bar; admission to SC State Bar a plus.

– Minimum of five to seven years’ NC plaintiff or defense personal injury practice experience required.

– Able to use independent judgement to evaluate viability of case & whether or not the firm should accept the case.

– Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.

– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.

– Demonstrate the highest level of personal integrity, client confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

– Experience with Needles or other case management software is a plus.
