Jones Networking is recruiting for an Investigator to join a leading Personal Injury Law Firm in Charlotte, NC. The Investigator is responsible for meeting with and signing up new clients, evaluating new cases and selling the firm to convert potential clients into actual clients. Responsibilities Summary of the Investigator:
– Conduct client sign-ups in the office, via telephone, and at remote locations as designated and requested by prospective clients.
– Contact all potential clients within 24 hours of first notification from the Intake Department.
– Aggressively pursue and sign cases that fit the firm’s criteria.
– Interview clients and witnesses for recorded statements.
– Complete all assigned statements within seven days.
Qualifications Summary of the Investigator:
– High School Diploma or equivalent required.
– Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field preferred; or an Associate degree plus five years’ experience as an Insurance Adjuster/Agent.
– Experience adjusting bodily injury claims or signing clients up for a personal injury law firm.
– Must maintain a valid unrestricted NC or SC driver’s license.
– Must be able to pass a criminal background screen.
