Position Title: Legal Recruiting Manager

Jones Networking is recruiting for a Recruiting Manager to join a Law Firm in Old Town, Alexandria. The Recruiting Manager will source, recruit and hire attorneys, managers and administrative staff. This is not a remote position.
Legal Recruiting Manager Position Summary:
-Perform all legal staff recruitment and participate in initiatives as directed by the Hiring and Retention Committee as well as the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
-Manage the life-cycle of the recruiting process for all vacancies including participating in on-boarding, benefits explanations and new hire orientations.
-Develop working relationships with the Firm’s Hiring Managers; conducting regular check-ins, meetings, and updates to ensure their needs are being met.
-Collaborate with Hiring Managers, Directors, Supervisors and Human Resources to ensure the most efficient processes and protocols for recruitment are in place.
-Identify the best methods and market resources available to attract the most qualified candidates.
-Responsible for the Implementation and execution of the Summer Associate.
-Source and negotiate lateral partner hires.
-In conjunction with the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Human Resources, execute the Firm’s D&I strategy to include policy recommendations, program initiatives and establishing metrics to measure effectiveness.
-Update and maintain viRecruit, viEval and viLMS modules.
-Work within the Recruiting and On-boarding modules of UKGPro and ensure that all legal professional personnel data is accurately replicated in the system.
-Cultivate relationships and networks, and maintain active involvement in professional organizations and activities in order to keep up-to-date on trends and developments within and outside of the legal industry.
-Bachelor’s Degree in relative field.
-Minimum three years of progressive Law Firm recruiting experience to include attorney recruiting.
-Diversity and Inclusion knowledge and training.
-Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation and consensus building skills.
-Knowledge of industry standards, emerging trends and best practices for recruiting Legal Professionals, Partners and Administrative Staff members.
-Strategic problem solver with an aptitude for creativity, ingenuity and resourcefulness.
-Experience with viGlobal desired. (viRecruit, viEval and viLMS modules)
-UKG Pro experience a plus.
