Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize correspondence
– Accurately summarize and organize medical records
– Effectively communicate with clients regarding discovery and case updates
– Possess knowledge and skills associated with filing documents with the courts
– Manage litigation deadlines
– Accurately answer requests for discovery; serve and update supplemental discovery documents
– Participate in trial, deposition and mediation preparation

Litigation Paralegal Requirements:
– Minimum of two years experience with Case Management, bonus points Needles experience
– Microsoft applications
– Strong work ethic
– Attention to detail and Problem-solving skills
