Marketing Manager Position Summary:
-Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of company objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors.
-Development of corporate branding and identity initiatives.
-Development and implementation of marketing plans such as new product development, digital marketing campaigns, E-commerce campaigns, as well as trade shows and events.
-Develop and lead a marketing team that will create and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position the company as an innovator and leader in the field.
-Create and manage marketing budgets.
-Oversee Ad agency relationships, consultants, freelancers, other suppliers and industry contacts.
-Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging.
-Manage website and all social media accounts.
-Build relevant acquisition and retention strategies that align to the company’s consumer segment target.
– Research consumer desires and consumption patterns.
-Minimum five years experience in strategic marketing, including; branding, E-commerce, digital marketing and social media required.
-Experience managing and/or leading marketing programs and campaigns that vary in scope and complexity.
-Minimum one year of supervisory / team management experience.
-Strong project management skills.
-Food industry, food manufacturing or CGP (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience a plus.
-Digital marketing analytics experience.
-Graphic design skills; experience with Photoshop, Adobe Pro, etc.
-Experience aligning marketing KPIs with sales goals.
-Experience with SEO / SEM management within the enterprise market space, landing page effectiveness and measurement, with the ability to make strategic recommendations for optimization.
-Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
