Position Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Herndon, Virginia
Industry: Financial Services
Status: Temporary to hire, full time

Position Summary:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment
  • Respond to customers and members by telephone, email and online chat
  • Research answers to questions and provide timely follow up
  • Maintain updated knowledge of products and services
  • Perform cross selling of products and services
  • Perform clerical support

Qualifications Summary:

  • Call center experience preferred
  • Willing to train a customer service minded individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in financial services or banking is an asset
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Great follow up skills
  • Professional telephone demeanor
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Availability to work 8 hours shifts between the hours of 7AM and 7PM, as well as every other Saturday morning
