Jones Networking is recruiting for a Legal Negotiator to join a thriving Personal Injury Law Firm based in Wilmington, NC. This position has the opportunity to work remotely and must be based in North Carolina.
Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Negotiator:
– Responsible for reviewing files, determining value, and communicating / negotiating with insurance companies to settle pre-litigation personal injury claims.
– Responsible for reviewing files, determining value, and communicating / negotiating with insurance companies to settle pre-litigation personal injury claims.
– Assess claims through medical records and legal documentation.
– Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance companies.
– Identify potential issues that will increase case value.
– Maintain accurate records and handle administrative responsibilities associated with processing case disbursement.
– Ability to meet key performance indicators.
– Work under the direction of the personal injury attorneys.
Requirements of the Personal Injury Negotiator:
– Must have at least 2+ years of Personal Injury negotiating experience.
– Highly motivated to work independently and to negotiate in the interest of our clients.
– Must have at least 2+ years of Personal Injury negotiating experience.
– Highly motivated to work independently and to negotiate in the interest of our clients.
– Attention to detail and great follow through, including entries into case management software.
– Ability to work autonomously and independently in a remote position, but who can collaborate with a team of paralegals and attorneys routinely.
– Strong organizational skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
– Neo Needles experience preferred but not required.
