Position Title:  Project Manager

Project Manager Position Summary:
– Manage the daily operations of all projects
– Receive and process daily paperwork – daily reports, truck manifests, fuel receipts, safety meetings, truck tickets
– Update and track daily cost reports
– Communicate with drivers and operators to keep up to date information on repairs and services
– Coordinate delivery of required equipment
– Coordinate all in house and subcontractor trucking
– Analyze cost per load for all trucking and disposal
– Analyze need for subcontractors hauling
– Determine and schedule labor and equipment usage
– Analyze need for rental equipment
– Keep track of project schedules, coordination of demolition activities to meet schedule dates
– Process monthly billings, percentages and schedule for payment
– Review and approve all bills for heavy demolition
– Track and submit all work requests

Project Manager Qualifications Summary:
– At least 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager
– Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering
– MS Office proficient, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
– Multi-tasker – should be able to handle at least three concurrent projects

Approximately $100,000 – $135,000/annually, depending on experience.
