Position Title: Space Planner Designer

Jones Networking is recruiting for a Space Planner Designer to join a Real Estate Company in the Hunt Valley Area which offers terrific benefits and room to grow within the company.

 Space Planner Designer Summary:
– Drafting of basic construction sets in AutoCAD
– Preparing and revising CAD drawings
– CAD input for as-built
– Working with clients and getting accurate information for space plans
– Works closely with others to plan space layout

 Space Planner Designer Qualifications Summary:
– 1 to 2 years Space Planning/Design a plus
– Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and/or Design or related field
– OR four years of AutoCAD facilities space management
– Very proficient in AutoCAD
– Education in architecture or interior design
– Some knowledge in producing construction documents
– Ability to multitask
– Proficient in Excel
– Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, BOMA, would be an asset

Approximately 60,000 – 65,000/annually, depending on experience.
