Staff Recruiting Manager / Law Firm Position Summary:

  • Provide full cycle recruitment for all non attorney positions
  • Coordinate with all hiring personnel throughout the recruitment process
  • Engage employment agencies to assist with sourcing candidates
  • Network within the legal community
  • Determine best advertising and recruiting platforms and manage online recruitment
  • Conduct skills testing and background screening for prospective hires
  • Interview and recommend candidates as well as compensation
  • Oversee management of recruitment database
  • Assist with preparation of recruiting budget and management of recruiting costs
  • Create and maintain documentation required for newly hired employees
  • Work closely with the Director of Support Staff to create procedures allowing the identification of qualified candidates as effectively as possible
  • Responsible for acquisition of all temporary staff
  • Assist the Director with other Human Resources projects

Staff Recruiting Manager / Law Firm Qualifications Summary:

  • Minimum five years full cycle recruitment experience in a professional environment
  • Law Firm or professional services experience preferred
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • viDesktop experience a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to exercise discretion with sensitive information
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize assignments to meet competing deadlines
  • Flexibility for occasional travel and overtime as required
