Jones Networking is recruiting for a Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record of managing a multi million dollar portfolio to lead our client’s sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling custom software solutions as well as IT staffing services. VP of Sales and Business Development Position Summary:

  • Supervise a high-producing sales team, ensuring goals are met and exceeded

  • Personally manage key sales accounts to maintain strategic partnerships

  • Create, plan, and implement overall corporate sales strategy

  • Assist with identifying and hiring top sales talent

  • Foster a performance based culture, leading by example

  • Create training materials, KPI’s, and performance measurables

  • Drive growth through innovation, superior service, consulting and providing solutions

  • Oversee and manage client engagements

VP of Sales and Business Development Qualifications Summary:

  • Proven experience managing a high value portfolio, preferably including Fortune 500 clients

  • Minimum five years experience selling custom IT solutions and IT staffing services

  • The selected candidate will be required to provide documentation substantiating successful sales performance

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required

  • Master’s Degree is an asset

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to motivate others to achieve a common goal

  • Strong interpersonal skills, showing discretion when appropriate

  • Highly goal-oriented and self motivated
