Position Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Arlington, VA
Industry: Law Firm
Report to: Firm Administrator
Status: Full Time, Direct Hire

Position Summary:

  • Manage overall marketing efforts of the Firm as well as individual Practice Groups
  • Develop and coordinate the placement of press releases and other promotional articles across multiple platforms
  • Work with attorneys to create compelling marketing pieces and biographies
  • Create targeted campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads and new business
  • Update and compose new material for Firm website as well as other digital platforms
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee internal as well as external events to generate new business
  • Organize regular meetings with Firm members to plan and execute marketing strategies
  • Oversee editing and proofreading process of all marketing materials
  • Manage and build client contact database
  • Identify, attend, and host various functions that will assist in business development across multiple networks
  • Assist attorneys with new client proposal efforts

Qualifications Summary:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail in the areas of writing, editing and proofreading
  • Ability to develop relationships internally and externally with clients
  • Adaptability as client priorities and schedules change
  • Ability to manage time and competing tasks while meeting deadlines
