Position Title: International Sales Manager

Report to: Senior VP of Sales
Status: Full Time, Direct Hire
Position Summary:
- Develop business and grow revenue by acquiring new accounts
- Expand sales within existing client base
- Identify and engage decision makers within prospective client accounts
- Create business through cold calling, in person client visits, and networking events
- Maintain membership in professional industry organizations to expand potential client network
- Attend trade shows, advertising, and public relations events
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM Software
- Achieve required number of client meetings on a weekly basis
- Assist with development of annual budget
- Collaborate with senior management to determine sales goals while creating a plan to achieve them
- Create customized presentations and materials for each client identifying solutions to their specific needs
Qualifications Summary:
- Minimum five years sales and marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree prefered
- Experience selling to the executive suite
- Familiar with a consultative selling approach
- Experience selling to international clients
- Experience selling a service or solution a plus
- Ability to manage large corporate accounts
- Highly motivated self starter focused on results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and deliver individualized sales presentations
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
