Jones Networking has an opportunity available for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a Financial Services Firm in Reston, VA. Recruiter Position Summary:
-Manage the talent acquisition program to identify, engage, attract, and recruit new associates in key national markets.
-Manage full life-cycle recruitment, including traditional and creative sourcing techniques, resume review, candidate screening, and managing the interview process steps.
-Maintain and update applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and current information on all candidates and recruitment activities, including assessment tests.
-Act as a liaison with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process ensuring they are kept up to date on the status of their requisitions, candidate pipeline, status, and expectations.
-Collaborate with National Sales Management to utilize a multi-channel recruiting process to fill the pipeline with high-quality sales candidates including, but not limited to active applicants, passive candidate leads, internal recruiting, employee referrals, social networking, job fairs, etc.
-Arrange and conduct hiring seminars and focus groups to build a qualified sales candidate pool to meet the recruiting goals for the company.
-Collaborate with the Human Resources team to develop materials supporting the screening and interviewing of applicants.
-Report key recruiting metrics and results to Executive Management.

Qualifications Summary:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
-Minimum three years experience in corporate recruiting. Recruiting on a national level preferred.
-Experience with utilizing LinkedIn and Indeed for sourcing candidates.
-Experience in the financial services / mortgage industry a plus.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
