Jones Networking is recruiting for a Commercial Property Manager that will be responsible for the operation of a building/project for several Class A commercial buildings. This company offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, car allowance, PTO and many other perks.
Commercial Property Manager Position Summary:
– Be able to negotiate vendor contracts
– Be able to coordinate inspections of properties
– Be able to supervisor property maintenance team
– Be able to oversee repair and leasehold improvement projects
– Be able to review all invoices for payment and approval
– Be able to handle administrative duties of the lease
– Be able to coordinate tenant move in and move out of properties
– Be able to assist in property budgets and manage property expenses
– Be able to prepare common area maintenance billing and reconciliations
Commercial Property Manager Qualifications Summary:
– At least 5 years of experience in building management
– Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
– MS Office Proficient
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Must be able to travel to different properties
– Must be able to have budget preparation, planning, and costs analysis skills
– Must be able to have contract negotiating skills
Approximately 75,000 – 95,000/annually, depending on experience.
