Jones Networking is recruiting for an Environmental Services and Audiovisual Supervisor who will report directly to the Manager of Environmental Services. This position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Environmental Services Supervisor Position Summary:
– Act as the primary person regarding customer based AV and setup requirements
– Ensure any customer requested specifics for upcoming events are met, having equipment ready for implementation
– Coordinate any exceptions regarding equipment with Manager
– Act as the primary point of contact when the Manager is not on duty
– Provide guests with an experience with the intent for return business
– Provide minor repairs and maintenance for guests, staff and residents
– Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory and be able to recommend purchases
– Address any guest, staff and resident concerns
– Complete all other duties as assigned
Environmental Services Supervisor Qualifications Summary:
– High School diploma or GED
– 1-2 years of Supervisory experience
– Minimum of 2 years working in a housekeeping, maintenance or Environmental Services role
– Must have working knowledge of video cameras, webcams or other multimedia devices
– Provide support with audio/video systems in conference rooms with the ability to train staff
– Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines as expected
– Work independently
– Train and guide staff members
– Any experience with SmartHotel software system
– Any experience with commercial AV equipment and/or computers and technical equipment
– Any event management of AV equipment preparation and setup
Approximately 22.00 – 26.00/per hour, depending on experience
