Jones Networking is recruiting for an experienced Firm Administrator to join a well-established law firm in the Towson, Maryland area. This position will oversee the operations of a law firm with multiple locations. They offer a competitive salary along with excellent benefits.

Firm Administrator Position Summary:
– Coordinate staffing schedules
– Handle all on-boarding new staff and performing staff training
– Complete health insurance and group benefit renewals
– Process payroll
– Conduct annual performance reviews
– Complete yearly professional liability insurance applications and renewals
– Prepare annual budget, monthly financial statements and production reports
– Process 401k and annual firm 401k distributions
– Handle any IT issues and work with IT vendors
– Work with all outside vendors

Firm Administrator Qualifications Summary: 
– Bachelor’s Degree
– At least 3-5 years of experience as a Firm Administrator in a law firm setting
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Organized, excellent attention to details and strong at multitasking
– Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
– Good written and oral communication skills
– Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
– Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office Suite
– Any experience with NetDocs and TABS is a plus

Approximately 100,000 – 115,000/annually, depending on experience
