Position Title: Groundskeeper
Location: Marriottsville, Maryland
Hours: 7:00AM to 3:30PM

Groundskeeper Position Summary:
– Perform regular inspection of the property
– Perform seasonal duties including leaf raking, mulch replacement, snow and ice removal
– Assist with planting annual flowers, trees and shrubs
– Maintain facility cleanliness, including sweeping and maintenance around benches, stairs and entry ways
– Water plants and monitor irrigation
– Recycle trash removal
– Maintain cleanliness of swimming pool
– Complete any other duties as assigned
Groundskeeper Qualifications Summary:
– High School Degree or GED
– Work independently as well as in a team in all weather conditions
– Detail oriented
– Work overtime, weekends, holidays as needed (every other Saturday during peak times, May – September)
– Previous work experience in landscape and maintenance field.
– Must have valid driver’s license
Approximately 16-18/hour.
