Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Position Summary:
-Forward new customer leads received via email to the appropriate Sales Account Manager.
-Perform order entry after confirming price and ensuring product availability.
-Communicate the order to the Distribution & Logistics Departments to make sure they have the information to plan order fulfillment.
-Take orders over the phone, process information and then communicate to other departments as applicable.
-Follow up with customers to confirm order status.
-Process and direct customer inquiries about product quality, safety and use.
-Resolve customer issues with regards to order processing by coordinating with the appropriate departments.
-Keep track of all orders processed for primary customers.
-Participate in team calls to keep updated on any changes to products, packaging and other constraints that might affect the order processing for assigned customers.
-Update Excel spreadsheets.
Qualifications Summary:
-Minimum two years of customer service experience required.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-Process driven and able to multi task between software programs and customer calls; handling multiple accounts.
-High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree a plus.
