Jones Networking is recruiting for a Porter to join a property management company in the Hunt Valley, Maryland area. This individual will perform routine Porter services and light maintenance on retail and commercial properties. This company offers a competitive salary with excellent benefits.
Porter (Floater) Position Summary:
– Perform daily inspections of retail properties
– Perform daily inspections of commercial warehouse properties
– General light maintenance of all properties such as trash removal, painting, landscaping, and changing locks
Porter (Floater) Qualifications Summary:
– At least two years of experience working as a Porter
– Experience working in a commercial property
– Valid driver’s license
– Must be able to pass a background check
– Must be able to pass a drug test
– Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Salary range is $37,440-$45,760
