Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney (Remote), North Carolina

– Accountable for the medical case management performed by the case managers, case values, utilizing subject matter experts, negotiating claims, referring to and assisting litigation, bi-weekly exceptional case meetings.
– Supervise one or more case managers.
– Provide guidance on negotiations, ensure that overall best strategies are utilized and act as a mentor to direct reports.
– Collaborate with other firm leadership as an individual contributor to the needs of the organization as it pertains to pre-litigation.
– Assist with exceptional cases at the discretion of the owner or manager.

Requirements of the Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney (Remote):
– At least 3+ years of personal injury experience.
– Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school.
– North Carolina State Bar admission required.
– Proficiency in writing, research, and negotiation.

– Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required.

– Must be able to handle complex caseloads with little supervision.

– Must be an active member of the local bar association.

– Superb negotiation skills and experience.
