Position Title: Purchasing Manager

Jones Networking is recruiting for a Purchasing Manager that has hands on experience with purchasing to join a large property management firm. This firm offers a competitive salary along with terrific benefits including 401k with company matching.
Purchasing Manager Summary:
– Authorize payment for purchases
– Prepare purchase orders by specifications and price
– Verify purchase requests
– Verify receipt of items
– Maintain department files
– Communicate any changes with other departments
– Maintain relationships with all parties
– Oversee Purchasing Agent
– Any other duties as assigned
Purchasing Manager Requirements:
– At least three years of purchasing experience
– Hands on experience with purchasing
– Strong written and oral communication skills
– Detail oriented and proactive
– Proficient with MS Office and Excel
– Negotiating skills
– Ability to work independently and within a team environment
– Knowledge of market research
– Prior construction experience is a Plus
Approximately 55,000 – 70,000/annually, depending on experience
