Position Title: Superintendent

Location: York, PA
Superintendent Position Summary:
– Manage subcontractors by locating, evaluating and selecting subcontractors
– Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures
– Provide non-project annual opearting and capital budget information
– Approves construction projects by conducting inspections and obtaining approvals from buyers
– Comply with and enforce codes
– Monitor and control performance of subcontractors
– Accomplishes construction projects results by defining project purpose and scope
– Scheduling and coordinating staff and subcontractors
– Evaluating and implementing change orders
Superintendent Qualifications Summary:
– At least 10 years of experience as a Superintendent
– Hands on Superintendent
– Must have own tools
– Organized and excellent attention to detail
– Supervisory experience
– Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
Approximately $70,000 – $90,000/annually, depending on experience
