Jones Networking is recruiting for a Trial Attorney Manager to join a prestigious Personal Injury Law Firm in Dallas, TX. Trial Attorney Manager Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the litigation department, including a team of trial attorneys and support staff.
– Develop and implement effective case strategies for personal injury trials.
– Represent clients in high-stakes personal injury trials
– Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare for trials.
– Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
– Supervise and participate in the discovery process, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production.
– Present cases in court, including delivering opening statements, examining and cross-examining witnesses, and making closing arguments.
– Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings when appropriate.
– Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients regarding case strategy and potential outcomes.
– Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on complex cases.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents related to personal injury.
– Ensure compliance with all ethical and professional standards.
Trial Attorney Manager Requirements:
– Must be in good standing and licensed to practice law in Texas
– 5+ years of plaintiff trial experience.
– Experience managing 3-5+ attorneys (with a thorough understanding of leadership and management principles)
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Proven ability to negotiate effectively
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Trial Attorney Manager Salary & Benefits:
– Base salary of 200,000/annually (DOE) + a lucrative bonus structure
