Position Summary for the Call Center Manager:
– Review and monitor intake calls to ensure clients receive outstanding service.
– Handle escalated calls that require Supervisor communication.
– Supervise, mentor and monitor the Department / Team.
– Answer questions and provide guidance to Team.
– Monitor and manage the department to ensure metrics are achieved.
– Track Intake calls and call volume with the Team and provide assistance as needed.
– Communicate with clients with compassion, empathy and in a manner that encourages their confidence and trust.

Qualifications Summary for the Call Center Manager:
– Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree required.
– Prior Management experience within a call center setting.
– Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.
– Outstanding problem-solving skills.
– Demonstrate the highest level of personal integrity, client confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
– Experience with case management software is a plus.
