Daniel Jones
Founder and Partner
On September 6, 1996, while attending a Baltimore Orioles game at Camden Yards, Danny experienced a moment that would later become the foundation of Jones Networking. After a two-hour rain delay and while seated in the center-field bleachers, he caught Eddie Murray’s 500th career home run ball. Days later, recognizing the significance of the moment, an offer was made to purchase the baseball. Danny accepted, and the proceeds from that sale became the initial funding used to launch Jones Networking’s first office in downtown Baltimore a few months later. What began as a single office with a focused vision has since grown into a multi-state recruiting firm with a strong presence throughout the East Coast. Jones Networking has expanded its reach across a wide range of industries, building long-standing partnerships with clients and consistently delivering top talent in competitive markets. The firm is recognized for its commitment to relationship-driven recruiting, responsiveness, and the ability to support both high-volume hiring needs and specialized, hard-to-fill roles. Marjory Jones
Founder and Partner
Prior to founding Jones Networking, Marjory Jones built a distinguished recruiting career spanning nearly 25 years, where she became known for her ability to develop and sustain long-term client relationships and consistently deliver exceptional talent solutions across the Baltimore region. From the beginning, her focus on service, responsiveness, and relationship-building set her apart in the industry. As the founder of Jones Networking, Marjory has been the driving force behind the firm’s growth and client service philosophy. Jones Networking has expanded from a local practice into a trusted recruiting partner serving clients throughout the East Coast. She continues to lead the organization with a strong emphasis on client partnership, ensuring each engagement is handled with a high level of attention, quality, and accountability. Marjory remains actively involved in guiding client strategy and maintaining the high standards of service that define Jones Networking. Scott Jones
Director of Technical Staffing
Scott serves as Director of Technical Staffing at Jones Networking, where he has played a key leadership role since 2005 in building and scaling the firm’s technical recruiting practice. He brings extensive experience from prior associate and management positions with leading organizations including PwC and Booz Allen Hamilton, where he developed deep expertise in technology staffing, client advisory, and talent strategy. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified NetWare Administrator, with additional credentials that underscore his technical depth and security expertise. Scott also holds both Public Trust and Sensitive clearances, enabling him to support clients with highly specialized and regulated workforce needs. Scott earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and his Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Baltimore. Lisa Witmer
Regional Director
Lisa Witmer - Regional Director, Alexandria, VA (Serving the Washington, DC Metro area)
Lisa began her career with Jones Networking in 1999 as a Recruiter in the company’s Baltimore headquarters and was quickly promoted into Account Management. In 2002, she launched and established the firm’s Washington, DC Metro office, playing a pivotal role in the company’s continued growth and long-term success.
As a senior leader within the organization, Lisa is instrumental in driving the strategic direction and overall success of Jones Networking. She leads and develops a high-performing Recruiting Team while overseeing key client partnerships and business development initiatives across the region and nationally. Known for her ability to manage numerous client relationships with professionalism and ease, Lisa has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service, cultivating lasting partnerships, and consistently identifying top talent for hard-to-fill roles across many industries. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University at Albany.
Cathy Bazuine
Director of Business Development
Cathy has led Jones Networking’s business development efforts from the Baltimore headquarters since 2004, serving as a driving force behind client acquisition, strategic growth, and the expansion of long-term partnerships across key markets. She plays a central role in strengthening the firm’s client relationships, working closely with organizations to understand hiring needs, develop tailored staffing solutions, and ensure consistent service delivery that supports lasting engagement and repeat business. Drawing on prior experience in the legal industry, she brings a strong operational and client-service foundation to her role, with a particular focus on relationship management, account growth, and sustaining high-value client partnerships. In addition to her business development and client relations responsibilities, Cathy oversees payroll operations for the firm’s temporary workforce across multiple states. Rachael Lefebvre
Regional Director
Rachael joined Jones Networking in 2008 as an Account Manager in the company’s Washington, DC office and advanced through business development roles. In 2016, she launched and established Jones Networking’s Charlotte, North Carolina office, expanding the firm’s presence throughout the Southeast. As the leader of the North Carolina division, Rachael oversees business development, client partnerships, recruiting strategy, and team leadership across multiple industries. She is recognized for building high-performing teams, developing lasting client relationships, and delivering tailored staffing solutions in fast-paced and highly competitive markets. Her hands-on leadership style, industry knowledge, and ability to manage complex client needs have made her an integral part of Jones Networking’s success. Hannah Beeker
Director of Client Relations
Hannah is Jones Networking’s Director of Client Relations, specializing in key accounts and long-term client partnerships. She is known for building strong relationships with employers and delivering customized recruiting strategies to help niche clients successfully fill hard-to-fill roles across a wide range of industries. Through her consultative approach and deep understanding of client needs, Hannah has become a trusted partner to organizations seeking top talent in competitive markets. Hannah played an instrumental role in the opening of Jones Networking’s Charlotte, North Carolina office in 2016, where she quickly established herself as a highly successful recruiter and was soon promoted into a business development role with the firm. She has continued to expand Jones Networking’s presence throughout the Southeast by connecting leading employers with exceptional talent. A Charlotte native originally from Salisbury, Hannah earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Hannah Beeker - Account Manager, Charlotte, NC
