Assistant Community Manager Position Summary:
- Ensure needs of tenants are met
- Train and develop a team of leasing consultants
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote the community
- Engage in community events to assist with brand awareness
- Follow all Fair Housing Laws
- Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure timely resolution to tenant and property concerns
- Provide assistance to Community Manager with report preparation including annual budget
- Remain current in industry standards and training
- Act as backup to Community Manager
- Perform special projects as requested by Community Manager
Assistant Community Manager Qualifications Summary:
- Minimum two years property management experience
- Customer service and sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Flexible schedule to work weekends
- Proficiency in OneSite software
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Knowledgeable of Fair Housing Laws
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
