Payroll/Human Resource Manager Position Summary:
– Manage payroll processing across multiple states
– Answer payroll questions from employees
– Review and approve payroll for accuracy
– Update any payroll records
– Issue paychecks
– Enter new hire information into the system
– Complete verification of employment
– Support internal and external audits
– Coordinate payroll tax filings, quarterly reporting and year-end activities
– Maintain confidentiality with employee information
Payroll/Human Resource Manager Qualifications Summary:
– 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll
– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
– Supervisory or team lead experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel
– Strong verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills
– Excellent attention to detail
– Experience with payroll tax reporting
Approximately $100,000 – $105,000/annually, depending on experience
