Position Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Herndon, Virginia

Status: Temporary to hire, full time
Position Summary:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment
- Respond to customers and members by telephone, email and online chat
- Research answers to questions and provide timely follow up
- Maintain updated knowledge of products and services
- Perform cross selling of products and services
- Perform clerical support
Qualifications Summary:
- Call center experience preferred
- Willing to train a customer service minded individual with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working in financial services or banking is an asset
- Accurate data entry skills
- Great follow up skills
- Professional telephone demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work 8 hours shifts between the hours of 7AM and 7PM, as well as every other Saturday morning
