Position Title: Client Account Manager
Location: Vienna, VA
Industry: Commercial General Contractor
Reports to: Director of Business Development
Status: Direct Hire, Full Time
Position Summary:
- Serve as main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and nurture relationships with clients through customer service calls, client meetings / lunches, entertaining at sporting events, and other miscellaneous client relationship activities
- Report any unresolved or challenging client issues to the operations team
- Manage and fulfill requests that may include damages, account changes, and questions regarding company services
- Perform upselling and cross selling on existing accounts
- Clearly communicate expectations of clients to field technicians and Operations Team
- Follow up with clients regarding satisfaction with services performed
Qualifications Summary:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum three years of relative work experience with a track record of success at previous positions
- Prefer industry experience in either Commercial Property Management, Construction or Commercial Real Estate
- Inside or outside sales experience is a plus
- Proven customer service skills with an engaging personality
- Participating team player that is equally able to effectively work independently
- Self-starter that is competitive and eager to succeed by following specific key performance indicators
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of 55,000-60,000 annually
- Uncapped commission plan – Expected: an additional 20,000-25,000+ annually for reaching company goals
