Commercial Litigation Attorney Position Summary:
– Prepare complaints, pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
– Investigation and evaluation for the effective handling of cases
– Be able to handle hearings, depositions and trials in both federal and state courts
– Be able to defend interests of creditors in bankruptcy courts
– Be able to pursue claims in bankruptcy courts
Commercial Litigation Attorney Qualifications Summary:
– Must be licensed in Virginia
– At least 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation in both federal and state courts
– Experience with discovery, motions and depositions
– And any other duties as assigned
