Responsibilities of the Commercial Real Estate Attorney:
– Represent commercial real estate clientele by providing prompt and time-sensitive support.
– Represent commercial real estate clientele by providing prompt and time-sensitive support.
– Provide legal support to brokers, commercial banks, commercial tenants, developers, entrepreneurs, insurance companies, landlords, mortgage brokers and more.
– Support clients with an array of diverse financing opportunities, navigating financing structures from acquisition loans to construction loans to letters of credit and beyond.
– Support clients with an array of diverse financing opportunities, navigating financing structures from acquisition loans to construction loans to letters of credit and beyond.
– Assist borrowers to raise real estate capital through bond financings and government-insured loans.
– Navigate the buying and selling of real estate by representing developers of all sizes, including retail stores, manufacturers and more.
– Provide thorough legal support through entity selection, partnership formations for major real estate developments and other business opportunities.
Qualifications Summary of the Commercial Real Estate Attorney:
– North Carolina state bar license required; other state bar license a plus.
– 5-7 years of practice with significant experience in commercial real estate.
– Strong academic credentials.
– Exceptional research and writing skills.
– Demonstrated counseling and litigation skills, including state and federal courtroom experience.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Exceptional client service skills.
– Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with careful attention to detail.
– Willingness and ability to become familiar with firm structure, policies, and practices.
