The ideal candidate will have previous project management experience or experience working within the construction industry. Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
– Lead and supervise subcontractors to ensure project accuracy, performance, and customer satisfaction.
– Ensure strict adherence to production processes, product guidelines, and OSHA safety standards.
– Coordinate project logistics, including material procurement, equipment allocation, and personnel management.
– Travel daily to job sites ranging from Wilmington, NC to Myrtle Beach, SC.
Construction Project Manager Requirements:
– 0-3 years of previous experience in the construction industry is essential, project management experience is helpful
– Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with effective problem-solving skills.
– Basic computer knowledge.
