Contracts Manager Position Summary:
-Oversee and manage all phases and aspects of software contracts and related documentation
-Build and maintain relationships with business partners ensuring continued growth and business opportunities
-Serve as a resource to internal and external stakeholders regarding contract progress and expectations
-Maintain responsibility for proper execution of contracts and timely delivery
-Prepare bids to include pricing and strategic advantages
-Coordinate with management to provide thought leadership and contracts strategy
-Remain up to date with government regulations ensuring compliance with all contracts
-Utilize data to refine contracting effectiveness and efficiency
Contracts Manager Qualifications Summary:
-Bachelor’s degree required
-Professional certifications and training a plus
-Software contracts experience required
-Minimum 10 years professional experience related to contracts
-Demonstrated experience crafting contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring legal compliance
-Ability to compose professional proposals and present them to an executive audience
-Experience leading and managing a team
-Ability to work independently and manage projects to completion
-Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to to concisely convey information
