Jones Networking is recruiting for a Cost / Pricing Analyst to join the corporate office of a manufacturing company in Sterling, VA. Cost Analyst Position Description:
-Solve problems by leveraging company capabilities within cost
estimation, standard price analysis and adjustments
-Provide analytical support in cost analysis and cost estimation
-Add new products to the ERP system and maintain costing database
-Conduct pricing and margin analysis by SKU and sales channel
-Support the Revenue Team on various ongoing initiatives
-Develop return models and projections for new product launches
-Support the development of metrics to track the cost estimates/standards versus the actual cost and work cross functionally on mitigation strategies to resolve differences
Qualifications Summary:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
-3+ years of related experience post college graduation
-Experience with cost analysis
-Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-Experience working in the food industry or a manufacturing plant desired
-Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools
-Ability to handle and review a high volume of data
