Position Title: Database Specialist

Position Summary:
- Verify accuracy of member records in database
- Identify, research, and populate missing information
- Refine database entries by locating and merging duplicate information
- Locate, evaluate, and update partial entries
- Enter new member information for account creation
- Utilize internet search engines as well as internal database to identify needed information for account completion and updates
- Contact members as necessary via email and telephone to verify and update database information
Qualifications Summary:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong attention to detail, proofreading skills, and accuracy
- Experience working with a database
- Knowledge of iMIS Database Software a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Professionalism accompanied by a high degree of interpersonal skills
- Experience in an office setting
- Ability to take direction then work independently
The hours for this position are 8:00AM – 4:00PM with a 1 hour lunch break, 35/hours per week, Monday – Friday. Location is Metro accessible, free parking is also available. Dress is business casual. Pay is commensurate with experience, training and education.
